Volunteer Opportunities with Fair Trade Vancouver

Fair Trade Vancouver is looking to fill four volunteer positions:

1. Project Manager for our annual GVRD availability audit
2. Project Manager for the upcoming Holiday Fair and Gala
3. Committee Lead for P.R and Media
4. General I.T. - Web and database development

 Position details:

Project Management for the annual GVRD audit will encompass planning, material writing and printing, package building and mapping. Execution will involve laying out the GVRD region and working with a team to visit grocery stores and coffee shops throughout the city. Fair Trade Vancouver's second annual Holiday Fair is quickly approaching and needs a project manager to drive it forward. This role will involve management, planning and great communication skills. Public Relations and Media with Fair Trade Vancouver will involve media and press release preperation and follow up. It will involve working with media throughout Vancouver and across Canada to ensure campaigns and events put on by Fair Trade Vancouver are well covered.
