Where to Find Fair Trade Products?

In Vancouver we are lucky enough to have a wide variety of Fair Trade products available to us. As discussed in What Is Fair Trade, Fair Trade products are those which come imported from the developing world, and which are produced under the Fair Trade criteria.

Beta version of the Fair Trade Finder is now online: We are excited to announce that we are able to show off the start of our Fair Trade Finder tool. With this tool, you will be able to find restaurants and cafes that serve Fair Trade coffee and other products. You will also be able to find flower shops that offer Fair Trade roses. You can see the beta version here. In the coming weeks, more locations will be added as we reach out to more cafes and restaurants. For now, the Vancouver and Burnaby sections are reasonably complete, and so you can start to use this tool right away. Now finding a Fair Trade coffee shop will be as easy as checking out a Google Map!
